The Marriage Course: This eight-week-course is open to all couples wanting to strengthen and enrich their long-term relationship. Topics include: building strong foundations, the art of communication, resolving conflict or the power of forgiveness. Although based on Christian principles, you need not to be a Christian to benefit, as the course focuses on practical guidelines for making a relationship not only work but flourish.

All Church Retreat: Each year in the fall season, we offer a weekend retreat to the entire congregation. We have gone to a few locations, but mostly to Hübingen, Westerwald, because of its great location. You don’t want to miss this great time of fellowship, listening to our speakers, renewal and lots of fun.

African Sunday: Once a year, usually end of August, APC celebrates this special Sunday service that is held the African style. The African members of our church prepare the service with music, words and a sermon by an African preacher. Afterwards there is an APC international buffet of bountiful dishes from African, Asia, Europe and The Americas.

Special Youth Events: Part of our youth ministry is an annual 3-day-ski retreat to the Alpes as well as an annual youth service trip. Ski retreat: You might think that skiing is all we do but that is not the case. Each evening of this extended weekend trip we engage our head and heart with the truth of Jesus.

Service trip: During Easter holidays of each year the older youth of the APC gives their time and talent for a service project in a foreign land, e.g. restoring orphanages in Romania or working in one of our missions project, the Giraffe project in Nairobi, Kenya. As part of the great mission of the church, the youth are encouraged to give of themselves in serving the less fortunate. As is often the case, in the giving comes much blessing.
